Question concerning Shasta issue

Hi,

I've had my Shasta Airflyte for 3 years now. I've had it to the Shasta plant 3 times. The newest issue is the frame where again they put a band aid on it. Many of the camper frames are dislocating itself from the tongue. They slapped on a bolted support as a fix for mine. When is enough, enough? Do all campers have tons of issues like we have had? We've had at least 3 recalls, leaks, mold, frame rusting, faulty welds, windows falling out, dinette separating from the wall...you name it, it's happened

Agree with those that say always some problem. The more mile one drives the more bouncing around which brings on problems. JIM2007

I have the same issues with my Shasta and yes it’s a crappy Lippert frame that is totally coming apart from the tongue! Shasta has put together a bolt on fix that they say will do the job! Mine is in the shop as we speak waiting to be looked at!!

Outdoors RV, Nash and Arctic Fox make their own frames and do not normally have the issues you have had. A little more money to start out with but a better product. No manufacturer is perfect but they are much better than the rest of the industry. http://outdoorsrvmfg.com/video-built-tough/

Not quite "normal" but certainly not particularly unusual.
