Does anyone know what these are called? They twist into place to hold the damper shut when towing, small plastic pieces. We lost one at some point on the way, and lost the other before we could get somewhere to get replacements. Would camping world have them? I've done some searching online but can't find the right part. I'd like to replace them before I got the road again, and end up losing the whole damper flap.

Same happened to me. I used some screen clips I received with my Harvey windows. They are shaped like an "L", with the nub on the back that fits perfectly into the hole. I removed the short leg of the "L", and popped it into the hole. Looks like it belongs there. Call a Harvey window dealer. Tell them you have Harvey windows and need the replacement clips for the screens. They sent us some for free.

yea, i figure if the flap itself ever breaks off, then I'll get a replacement for the whole thing. im done thinking about it haha. Current fix, a small bungee, the hooks go in the holes where the tabs were, seems fine.

Seal the flap shut, then see if this marine scupper valve would fit , screwed to the flap. It would probably open from the fan speed then return closed when the fan is off.

****, that's annoying. Maybe a better vent will have better latches? Probably not worth a warranty claim. Surprising that these little clips break off so easily.

Ace Hardware (and others) sell an item called a "screen latch". I have most often seen them galvanized so an owner wanting a color match would have to add paint.
