Range hood vent cover

I need a range hood vent cover ( outside ) for an Aerolite 718fd. CW does carry one but wrong size. Dutchmen site says parts are sold through dealers only. Anyone know of a source online? Closest dealer is 30 miles away. Vent is 12 7/8 x 5 3/4.
