reese specs

hey guys. I have a basic reese weight distributing hitch. the head has round receivers that accept the whole end of the spring bar if that helps identify model. regardless, I need to adjust height (not angle) and im having trouble finding torque specs for the 2 horizontal bolts that attach the pivoting portion to the main hitch body. anyone have any help? thanks.

I was gonna say, its pretty high, my Equalizer calls for 320 lb ft for those 3/4 shank bolts.
