Rubber roof edge caulking deteriorating

2007 Dutchman Tundra 30rl

The caulk seam where the rubber roof meets the aluminum strip on both sides is deteriorating. No leaks. Should I re caulk with dicor ? or enternabond?

Do you have any pictures of eterna bond on the side seems? I have it on my front and rear seems as well but not sure how I could make it work on the sides. Thanks
