Skylight has small crack

I have a 2009 Shamrock M233, it has a skylight in the bathroom and have discovered a small crack in the outer piece (the one on the roof) where it starts to form the bubble. Was wondering what would be the best caulk to fix seal this crack.

Okay, I see thanks for the clarification.

If you have a crack that has formed , the chances it continues is great , IF you take a small drill bit and drill a hole at either end of the crack ( kind of like dotting the I ) once the crack hits that section it should NOT spread any further . .

The last two posts talk about drilling the crack. I hate being dumb but could you elaborate on what drilling the crack means and how to do it etc.

X2 on the stop drilling. 1/16 inch should do it just BEYOND the end of the crack.

I stop drilled the crack and covered it with a small strip of Eternabond.
No problems.

I had the same small crack in sky light above shower. I found mine because it rained. I got water under shower. I cleaned with mineral spirits and used Dicor self leveling caulk on it. Sealed the leak. No more water and can't even notice looking up from inside.
