Slide issues

I was wondering if anyone can help?
I own a Jayco x213 with rear slide (bed) and been having issues...

When extending slide out everything works fine until aprox. the last 8-12 inches were it stops and the "clicking" sound begins. The TT is plugged into 120v 15A. If I go out and lift the slide (aprox. 1") while my DW extends it, it will extend with no issues.

The trailer is level, and battery is charged.
The slide is extending evenly side to side.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and if so how did you correct it?
Thanks!

What year? I have the 26P (same rear slide)and I know Jayco had trouble with some electric motors and a supposedly stronger motor was installed. I never had the trouble but Jayco sent me one and I have it stored incase I do. My trailer is a 2010 and I think the trouble was with the 10 and 11. Funny the updated motor was made in China and the original one I have was made in the USA and is a Thomson Saginaw and runs strong so I felt not need to swap it. If yours is a Thomson there is an update for your application. Call Jayco.
