I have a Direclink brake controller, over the past year the display has been gradually fading. I emailed them to ask about fixing it. They replied in about 15 minutes and said to send it in, they'd repair it in a business day and ups it back to me, No Charge. I USPS flat rate priority mailed it to them last Thursday, it showed up at my wife's work today (the next Friday). I plugged it in and the display is all fixed. Pretty impressive.
