It's amazing how many TT's I see on the highway set up incorrectly. Even with a WD hitch, I've seen them with the rear of the truck sagging and the tongue of the TT way low, like a 'V'.
With people's ability to do things wrong, it's a wonder we don't have more accidents on the roadways...
