T@da windows not closing

Have a Dutchmen T@da with push out windows on a slide bar. This slide bar has notches that allows one to place the windows at differing heights.

When trying to close the windows, the button catches on each slide notch and will only release from that notch when we raise the window up again.

I have lubricated the windows with lock graphite and it has helped several of my windows, but not all.

Any suggestions on how to make the windows slide close after raising them to full height?

Also, does anyone know what these slide bars are called?

Thank you.

If you are in a campground try to find another owner with the same window or look around for a mobile tech that is at the CG.
Call the dealer/manufacturer.
We don't have those windows so have no direct experience.
Just guessing; is there a chance you slide up the window to the next notch then immediately slide it down?
