I've got a 2003 Prowler Lynx 722F that I bought brand new in July 2002 and still own to this day and it's been a fine trailer for me...

It was built in Oregon and I live in Wa State. It's not what I would call a "cold weather trailer" in that it gets cold inside when it's cold outside.. 😉

I don't camp in Winter, but when it gets down to the high 40's at night when I do camp in the Spring, you'll need some sort of heater in the morning if you don't like the cold.. We keep warm enough in the bed, but it's around 60* in the trailer when you wake up and before it warms up for the day.. I turn on the furnace to warm it up initially, but turn it off as it's just that initial warm up that's needed for us...

I've not had any issues with the trailer, mechanical wise... Some little things a screw driver or a simple fix didn't resolve over the years..

It's not a high end trailer by any means, but it serves us well and we only paid around $11k for it brand new in 2002..

I remember looking at the 830's when I bought mine, and it was just too much trailer and a lot more $$ than I could haul or afford at the time... Nice trailer if that's what you are looking for and have the truck to haul it... 🙂
