I bought a set of TorkLift frame mounts about a year ago and one of the frame mount brackets was defective the tube was welded in the wrong spot and it covered the bolt holes. After calling TorkLift they said they would replace the part and also send me a set of the chains with springs for the inconvenience (they are not included anymore) I received the new frame bracket in a few days but still waiting on the chains and springs. I called them a few weeks later about it and they said they would look into it but never heard from them again. I never got a chance to try out the mounts because the camper I finally found was sold while I was waiting for my replacement mount. It was to far to drive to make two trips to buy it and then go back and pick it up. No complaints about the product I guess they just changed their mind.


I made this comment in a previous post a couple weeks ago. The next business day I was contacted by Torklift. Short version I just received via FedEx a new set of Fastguns and locks on them.I also received a personal hand written letter from them. Thank you Torklift I wish more companies believed in customer service like you do.

The stories I keep hearing about this company shows that they are the best around. Tork Lift sets the example for other companies.

Good will toward others breeds more good will from everyone effected.

In reality, they are an example to all of us.
