Its about tongue weight and the payload of the jeep.. As it sits the TW of trailer is 574lbs advertised. Add battery and propane you'll be up to 700 or so. ( Guesstimate from experience)
Then add toys in and you may well be up near 1000 lbs..
Whats the jeeps payload say on the door?
Who will be in the jeep when you will tow?
If you own the jeep already I would take it to the scales and see what you have as actual payload. I would do this before I buy any trailer.
Load car with all passengers, full tank fuel, and any gear you may carry.. You may be surprised that you may not be able to carry all that weight on the tongue...
You can only get so much off with a WD hitch...
That trailer may be a good fit if it wasn't a toy hauler...Although I am not familiar with how the weight transfer when toys are added.
The toy guys can answer better...
