tt insurance value

my insurance company is covering my de-lam on the wall of my 2008 rockwood tt. they are covering the wall and transportation back to the factory but not the roof. The insurance company is asking me for a estimated value of the tt. How do I go about getting this. If they covered the roof also then I think it would total out but without the roof it might still be close. Nada says low retail of 10,600, not sure if the insurance wants to see a trade in value or retail value.

Has anyone else ran into this situation.

The closest free source will probably be NADA guides. The values are based off of transaction prices from dealers for units in good/clean condition. Since your trailer is no longer in good/clean condition, you can push your value even lower than that low retail price.

I would imagine they'd go by the blue book value...I think it's kind of odd they're asking you.
