There is a YouTube channel I watch. They just did an inventory and found an RV missing. It's a 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 264BH. More info is in the link including Vin # and pics. There is a $1000 reward. Thanks.

So in your view, crime is an acceptable form of recourse against those in which you personally find to be dishonest? That being the case, if I bought a used chinese chainsaw from you for $1000 and later came to the recognition that this wasn't a good deal after all...it would then be fine if someone came over and stole your truck, boat, RV and burned your house down because...well...karma.

That line of thought doesn't make much sense to me, but then again I don't believe in karma anyway.

Interesting comment. I recently purchased from them, and the purchase went well. Service not quite as smooth.

Maybe they changed. Back @ 2014 they quoted an out the door price in an email on a straight cash offer, no trade. Told them I would accept it and would be there the next morning. Drove 100 miles down there the next day cash in hand, and the out the door price kinda grew a little to the tune of $3,500.00. Some manager said the email offer from the salesperson was "not binding", so take it or leave it. I left it.

Small rural town. Most likely this is now a meth lab hidden away in some back woods area.

Or it's up for sale by some gypsies down south. Not sure if that's as big of a thing as it was 10-15 years ago, but I'm sure it still happens.

More likely its sitting on blocks, in the middle of a wooded 100 acre parcel up in the UP or top of the mitten for a hunting camp, and will never be seen again.

If they had a similar unit that was in an accident or otherwise trashed, probably pretty easy to pass it off as the trashed trailer.

It's not like most cops are cross checking the trailer vin number against the registration.

Assuming they are smart (not always a good assumption), they are at least 300 miles away by now with a fairly nondescript trailer.
