Are there any travel trailer manufactures that are equal to the upper end fifth wheels. Paint jobs, fancy interiors etc.

Any info appreciated. Thanks

Guys thanks again.

PatRenee

I have been looking at "Open Range" they look pretty darn good inside as well as out. I'm going to take a look at these other manufactures mentioned on this post.

We bought an Open Range 323 RLS.... because it is built like a fifth wheel..... it is only TT with res. SS appliances.... very well built we love it..... even has W/D connections....

My TT only gets 2000-2500 miles per year. 5 years of that, then two 2200 mile trips last year plus some long weekends. Quality manufacturing doesn't mean high end.

Northwoods Manufacturing and Outdoors RV make some very solid TTs, but I would not call them high end as far as features/luxuries/conveniences.

Arctic Fox from Northwood is considered higher end TT.

Great, I was going to suggest a cheaper trailer if it was your first. Better to have a few "geeze....really" moments in a cheaper trailer than one with a 10k paint job.

I have found a few high end Travel Trailers ...one is Called the Blackstone from OutdoorRv Manufacturing.

I'm still trying to find some that feature full body paint.

Thanks!

Hey OP, I was wondering if you are experienced towing an RV or if this is your first adventure into this lifestyle?

I know it doesn't seem so, but I promise it's relevant.

Thanks!

Sundance travel trailers are also considered "higher end" travel trailers. Hydraulic leveling, solid surface counter tops, etc.

The only one that had paint as an option a while back that I'm aware of was KZ. It was like $8k...

New Horizon out of Junction City KS will build whatever you want. Space Craft mfg's out of Missouri is an other. Continental RV also builds custom units.

Not cheap but you can have it your way.

lmost every manufacturer sells a line of higher end trim/features/equipment in a TT. Not quite a nice as the higher end 5th wheels. Compare the Jayco Eagle vs. Jayflight for example.

Here are some higher end brands offering full body paint/gelcoat for examples:

Open Range everythiing
PrimeTime Lacrosse
Keystone Sprinter, Outback, Cougar, Bullet Premier, Laredo
Forest River Saelm, Heritage Glen, Rockwood Signature
Cruiser Radiance
Grand Design Reflection

None of those offer full body paint. Only a few even have painted front caps.
Big difference between full body paint and gel coat.

To the OP if you want full body paint you need to look at something else besides a TT. While some come with a high gloss exterior, I can't think of any current TT that offers a full body paint job like upper end 5th wheels and motorhomes.

Going into our 5th travel trailer...we looked beyond the bling and hollow expensive "upgrades" like full body paint, etc and looked more for quality construction and reputation.
We ordered an Arctic Fox.

GMC Duramax

I would put Article Fox on the list of near-upper look-alikes. They make good trailers.
