Way Interglobal Backup Camera

We purchased a Forest River Wildwood that came pre-wired for a backup camera from Way Interglobal (CL-718W-C1) and I have tried searching the web for reviews but have found none. Sure would like more info before purchasing. Their website is no help. Anyone have thoughts on this camera? Dealership said it was new to them.

I thought I'd followup here - I tried a different camera system from Furrion - their Observation Camera System. That's the one that's supposed to work on the open road. I had the same experience - it worked while parked around cover but once out of my carport, nothing. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the fact that my camper is Aluminum not fiberglass and the aluminum is reflecting the signal.

That is correct, so there is a possibility that it is not up to the same quality control, is a clone, or whatever. Personally, I am not willing to make that bet.

Did you say that you ordered your camera from Amazon, not directly from Way Interglobal?

I just got this one in today. I haven't tried to install yet (the weather is crud here right now) but it does appear to be everything WAY has to offer. Even the same labeling on the monitor. Appears to have all the same components as the WAY. My question was answered on Amazon by someone who recently installed the one I bought.

Does anyone know if the YanTech CL-718W-C is the same as the Way Interglobal CL-718W-C1

Wiring and mounting bracket is unique to the Way camera. My salesman thought it was for the Furrion but he contacted their factory Rep and were told it is for sure for the Way.
