What type of sealant is this

I just inherited a Mallard TT and the sealant on the ceiling is cracked and falling down. What can I use to replac it??

That is a plastic molding, not a sealant.
It is installed before the roof is put on.

The only way to correct it is to remove it all and use some kind of surface mounted molding.
