First time out shade broke, the plate around the water heater came loose (screw was stripped), lower drains both leaked,toilet leaked shower leaked. Camping World claims this was all checked before delivery. Sure it was.??

IF you take it back to Camping World for repair-will probably sit there for a month or 2-try to fix yourself.

That should have been seen in the pre delivery walk around. Everything should work before you take possession. Just like houses and boats, they should be inspected, at least by the buyer, if not by someone that knows what to look for.

It's not the norm, but maybe now for newer units. The most we had with our FW when we bought it new in 2010 was a screw stripped on one of the sconces and the large day/night shade was crooked. Fixed and that was it.

Sadly that's correct. It's nothing like the automotive world. Agree with fix it yourself if you have the skils and save yourself a headache.
