Having a problem with winngard satillite antenna.Just keeps searching can't seem to lock on any satellites.Anyone have any ideas on how to fix? Thank you

It turns out I have a mv3500 a dish.Amazon had a lnb that might work but I thought I would give winegard a call.Funny system leave phone number they call back.Didn't hear anything for a couple days then they called back but leave no number finally go...
Well I took off dome cover and still can't seem to find a model number.It did have lnb part number on tag next to dish but can't find that part number anywhere on web.I do have a direct tv receiver which I'm pretty sure is ok it was new last summer....
I have had this motor home for a couple years it always worked fine.I will have check to see which model it is .I have direct tv service. Thanks for replys
