I just bought a 1999 Forest River Georgetown. Im a first time owner of an RV. Its on a Chevy chassas. I cant seem to get any heat at all from the dash, am i doing something wrong?

Thank you, it does have coolest, that's not the problem. I will check the other things suggested.
