For those that do keep a log of their travels and the campgrounds they stayed at, are there any computer based/laptop programs available to download or purchase?
What MrWizard said. Same thing happen to me. Just push down real hard and once down have DW sit on the edge of the mattress platform. Then put the matress back on the platfrom.
