Michigan Reservoir was empty in August as they are doing repairs to the dam - supposed to be finished by next summer. There is a dump station in the area, it's a couple of miles from the campground.
Since you are in Colorado there is an RV show sometime in March in Denver. Although mostly shown are Class As and Class Cs, there is a truck camper section. This helped our decision on what to get.
On my 2014 855S ( might be similar to your 2013) the battery disconnect switch is located on the foot area of the dinette on the slide. Remove the top board of the foot area and the switch is on the right side.
