There are bus tours when you get the Philly. I second the idea to take the train in. Harrisburg has an excellent state museum and also a Civil War Museum.
We have a mounting bracket that keeps it at the top of our ladder on the back of the 5th wheel. Hubby used a strong cable and lock with that. Keeps the honest guys honest and all the rest will steal it anyway.
