I noticed the invertor LED on my Xantrex panel is blinking (less than on blink per second) and the battery charge LED is on (no blinking). The manual I found on line indicates this is normal, and the batteries are charging. I am using shore power....
Thanks for the replies. I discovered the battery cables were not tight; I tightened them, and within minutes the batteries were at, and stay at, full power.
Thanks for all your replies. To make a long story short, I have purchased the 211 receiver from Dish Network'; the tech will be here to install and activate the beginning of next week.
