Thanks. Will check out Eternabond and also ask if that's what they would use. Curious about that. Husband just had back surgery, so it would probably fall on me to do the job and not sure if I'm up for it.
@wanderingaimlesslyThey were going to pressure clean it. Clean out the seam and reseal it and recoat the entire roof. Parts were $300, Labor $450 Does this sound reasonable for a 16 year old roof? Or should we just start patching it?
If we decide to have it re-coated, we don't mind taking it in. Just wondering if anyone has had experience with re-coating and how long we can expect it to last? And if at 16 years, we can expect the roof to start to leak in multiple places.
