I towed a 3900 lb tt from Syracuse to Montana last summer. Did ok except on the steepest of grades. 2009 Explorer 4.0l with the factory tow pkg. I am trading it in for a 15 Grand Cherokee v6 with the tow pkg. These v6's now have more power than v8's...
