Thanks everyone. I was not concerned about the weight. Was curious about the benefits of air bags.

My 5th wheel RV dry weight is 7530 lbs and loaded is 9950 lbs. Truck is 2014 F250 6.2L 4X4 Crew cab (max load 12,200 lbs). Would there be any benefit installing air bags on the truck ?

Does anyone have any major problems or Issues with a 2007-09 Cougar 311RLS ? It's in the weight class that I would like to stay in. Does anyone have a recommendation in a fifth wheel in the 8K to 9K dry weight range ?

The maximum pulling weight for my 3/4 ton V8 (6.5' bed) truck is 12,200 lbs. I'm looking at a 8K to 10K fifth wheel. Should I buy a 12K or 14K hitch? Which hitch company is best? Should I think about a slider?

Would anyone like to share some wisdom when driving a fifth wheel for the first few trips ? Again, wisdom is the best advice.
