I've never seen a 614 blow like that one did. I have to wonder if it was road hazard. Hope Goodyear helps. My experience has been failures that have heat or age related.
This is an age old issue. Since they went to the plastic hinges. Recommend taking heavy items out of the door when traveling even after modification.Norcold door hinge issue
