Norcold 1210 turning it off for two days fixed it, why?
I have a Norcold 1210 refrigerator (new cooling unit April 2021). Old cooling unit died (ammonia smell) after ten years of full time use. Issue started a few weeks ago when the freezer could not freeze a tray of water for ice cubes. The freezer did have a build up of frost. While troubleshooting fridge it acts the same on LP & electric replaced thermistor and thermostat located on the fins at the top outside. At times the refrigerator fin temp (option 3 main display) would reach the low 30's then a few hours later it's back up to 44 degrees. After a few days I gave up and shut it down, two days later I turned the refrigerator back on LP and the fin temp went from 49 to 34 in a few hours, left it overnight in the AM temp was 19 degrees. Refrigerator has been running for two days the fin temp is staying between 19 and 24. My wife and I started full time in July of 2012. We do an average of two wash loads every day. Our Splendide 2100XC vented combo has just been a real champ. About four years ago it needed a new mother board. Unfortunately it just kicked the bucket warranty co replaced it with a new Splendide WDV2200XCD. First reaction new washer is MUCH quieter than the 2100XC still getting to know how to use it. Hope this one will last as long as the last. Since replacing the valve the toilet foot pedal was becoming slower and slower to return to the closed position. I contacted the manufacturer there advice was to use 100% silicone grease on the valve parts and toilet. Thetford toilet leaks after new valve
We have a Thetford Aqua Magic Residence Style II toilet, the water valve is dripping only when we flush it. We have been full timing for five years. I replaced the water valve with a new one from kit 42049. Worked fine for about a week now it's dripping again when we flush. Is there a trick to installing the kit? Thanks2.2KViews0likes9Comments
