Update. I disconnected the actuator arm and turned the motor by hand, reconnected everything and she extends all the way and will retract with only the motor. Looks like bad spot in the motor was the cause. Learn something new every day!! Thanks agai...
All,Thank you for the replies. I will look into the possibility of the dead motor. I admittedly don't know much about electric motors but I'm getting a lot of hands on learning working off the grips with the used trailer. -Marc
