I have a Direct TV standard definition. The receiver is connected to the video distribution box and from there to the TV's. The modulator on distribution box is set to Channel 3 so the TV's must be on Channel 3 to receive Sat. signal
I don’t have that model but another brand. The TV needs to be on channel 3 or 4 to correspond with the modulator selector switch on the distribution center. Hope that helps.
