Just noticed that Heartland is making a move to use TPO on thier entire Prowler line and the NorthTrail's are now being manufactured with Azdel laminate panels. Haven't seen it mentioned so I figured I'd post it. The industry is changing!:D

I think the OP is referring to the actual wood seatback of the bench itself, that's the way I read it anyways:hPush it back in place, get some small corner brackets from you local hardware store and screw them in for re-enforcement.
