I have a 1st year 2007 825. If you're talking about the storage on the driver's side rear, yes myHonda 2000 fits in the upper storage bay. In fact that's what it was designed for.
I have Torklifts on a Lance 825 , sitting on a SRW GMC 2500. Torklift gives you two sets of holes to choose from. I think if you set the attachment plates directly beneath the camper attachment points you should be OK
