HenryRe: New rig with tankless water heaterAbsolutely stay away. I have had one in my house for 15 plus years and love it. We just bought a new fiver and hated the on demand water heater. If we camped with full hookups all the time it might be ok, just ok. Every time you turn the hot water faucet off it takes around 8 seconds before the tankless starts to make hot water, then heat the water sending cold water through the line the whole time. Navy shower? Get wet, turn water off, soap up, turn water on to rinse. The water heater has to sense water flow, then turn on exhaust fan, then turn on the burner, then heat water, then get hot water from the water heater to the shower. Mine has been replaced and is stored in the barn.Re: Cardinal 5ersThey are sisters. Cardinal is not a step up from Cedar Creek. One may have different features than the other from year to year, but overall they are about the same. Currently I prefer the Cedar Creek. I've had bothRe: High end TTThanks CH, I'll check them out.Re: High end TTThanks for the reply, but I'm not at all impressed by Airstream.High end TTI have been thinking of going back to a TT from a DPMH. Just too many things to go wrong. Is there a manufacture that makes a upper level TT? Auto levelers? Well insulated? High capacity axles and tires? Thanks HenryRe: Can you identify thisIt's possible it's a remote control receiver that operates slides, awning, jacks, etc.
