Looks like they did a nice job on that should have no more problems personally all those frame rail should be reinforced My fram rail sticks out almost 10 feet past my rear axle good luck with it
I bet the frame was already bent when the Motorhome was made how long do you have it and And was it like this before or is this the first time you were looking under it
If you travel a lot I would go with a better tire if you only go on short trips and park lot you could go with the cheaper tire my opinion I would stay with a name brand tire never heard of the one you mentioned
