Any websites good to track Mexican road conditions/closures?

We are heading down in the next couple of days and cannot postpone the journey, final destination near Acapulco. There looks to be some weather effecting the western side of the country so I would like to keep track of the road conditions/closures. Any recommendations folks?

I don't use this APP but it is called Mappir. It is for iOS y Android. Works the same as the SCT Traza Tu Ruta website but with more info. It does say, advertencias de caminos, warnings or areas of caution on the road.

I haven't tried it but there are pretty good comments about it.
