Answering my own questions in case anyone else it headed down here:
The Reef is open. Park Wi-Fi is working well.
The restaurant and bar are both still open, although the bar doesn't open until 11:00 AM now (they have a great breakfast).
All the machines in the laundry are broken. I didn't bother asking if/when they would be fixed. The fact that one longterm resident has a washer and a dryer sitting outside his rig, connected to the utilities at an adjacent empty site, tells me that repairs aren't expected soon.
Our site has a brand new electric pedestal with two 50-amp, two 30-amp, and two 15-amp connections inside a wooden box. Most of the sites still have old, corroded single 50-, 30-, 15-amp connections.
Water pressure varies from 20-45 PSI second by second.
Of the 250 or so sites, 17 are occupied, up from 13 two days ago. It is Friday, after all.
We are loving it. Economical, pretty, nice weather, great fresh shrimp from Manuel as he walks the park every day, excellent produce at our favorite produce market, and nice folks in town. I went to six hardware and other stores today trying to find a carbon whole house water filter, and every one of them suggested another place I could check. (I ended up ordering them from Amazon.) The nice folks at CS Restaurant Supply had a couple of items my wife wanted, and they also provided us with directions to our next shopping destination.
