They are as You say different from what so many people are used to at home!

The Baja is wonderful and a great place to experience Mexican Travel and RV ing !

The Mainland also has much to offer and once down South of Mazatlan the Temperature heats up !

I recommend a winter trip all the way to the tip of Baja.

Ever touched a baby whale?


Ever looked a whale in the eye?


Ever camped for free or very little on a beautiful beach?


Ever been where the beautiful country looked very different than home?




Been there and done that, and yes I hope to go again.

Plus the other great suggestions, take a look at Baja Nomad site http://forums.bajanomad.com/ You bet we will go to Baja. Next winter's trip is BAJA! We have been down 5 times.

Yes! Would go again! Spent 3 weeks last January and had a great time in a very pretty country. Check on Amazon.com for Mike and Terri Church's book on Baja Camping-very good source of information.
