In anticipation of a trip across Canada from Saskatchewan to the east coast Maritime Provinces, what are the opportunities for and regulations pertaining to boondocking along the way? Thanks...

Thanks for tip. I already know about freecampsites.net and allstays.com. Boondockers welcome is a new one that I've now bookmarked.

Note that boondockers welcome require you to take out an inexpensive membership and create a profile. You will be staying at someone's home or farm/property. Don't wait until you are on the road and looking for an overnight and decide to stay at a boondockers site. Plan ahead.

We have stayed at 8 different host sites (some 2X) and all have been a great experience.

Thanks, Don. I've used freecampsites.net in the past, but rvtransit.com is a new one for me. I've got it bookmarked.

Hi,

Here are two web sites that may help a bit:

http://freecampsites.net/

and

http://www.rvtransit.com/index-en.php

There are lots of low cost spots in Manitoba (but bring your bug spray).
Regards, Don
