I may be wrong. I was going by my experience several years back, and they may have changed policies. But there are conflicts on the web sites.
Revelstoke says their annual pass is good for Glacier. Yoho says their day pass is good for Banff, etc and Glacier etc.
I had camped south the Revelstoke (provincial park), and bought a multiday pass at the Park office in town. We then drop up Mt Revelstoke (as far as snow allowed in June) and back, and camped at another PP north of town. Then the next day drove through Glacier, stopping for the self guided hikes along the road. And ended up camping at Lake Louise.
You could ask in Revelstoke about what the passes cover, specifying how much time you plan on spending in Rev/Glacier and then beyond. They should be able to sell you the appropriate passes if they require different ones.
Off hand it looks like the daily group fee is the same - $19.60. In that past the group fee was the same as 2 adult fees.

Another question, due to the confusion about the fees for the Nat Parks:
If going to the Icefield Parkway from Revelstoke, do you pay for Revelstoke/Glacier Park AND Yoho/Bannf/Jasper?? In other words, 2 day use fees the same day??
Thanks again!!
