Dump station near Uintas?

Will be boondocking in the Uintas of NE Utah this coming weekend. Have camped up there all my life, but this will be the first time in a TT.

I know there is a dump station at Bear River State Park in Evanston. But, if I go via Kamas (which is a lot shorter), does anyone know of a dump station to use in Kamas? Or, anywhere to recommend between the Uintas and the SLC metro?

Likewise, anywhere to fill water tank in Kamas? Or, if I go through Evanston, does the state park there have a fresh water fillup?

I know there are dump stations at a couple of the roadside campgrounds along Mirror Lake Highway, but I "think" (not sure) that they will all be closed after last weekend.

Thanks!

if you pass through Flaming Gorge area, there is a dump station at the Firefighters' Memorial campground.
