Hiawatha RV Park, Kelowna, BC

I will not recommend Hiawatha RV Park. After a long day driving and arriving at their doorstep, I was told there was no site vacancy that would be able to handle my coach. I asked if they would call (locally) ahead to a different campground and ask for availability, and was told they did not make reservations at other campgrounds for non-campers. The only way out is the entrance in so I had to drive thru the park to make a loop for my exit. The roads are narrow, trees scraped the sides and top and I had to unhook to make the 1st turn. Attitude of the office workers and lack of space will not get a happy face on this camper.

I don't think many parks would check other parks for availability for you. Sorry it didn't work out.

Here's the reviews on it - not good:

I think it was built in smaller RV times!! Been there a few times myself and actually enjoyed it - small, but good pool and close to action. Difficult to find decent sites in Kelowna that are central.
