It will be bad until they build a new bridge south of Plaquemine and north of White Castle. Then the road should meet the interstate near Walker and Rosedale. That takes Baton Rouge out of it totally. There is a bridge in every parish from the Mississippi state line to New Orleans except Iberville. There are bridges at New Roads (Pointe Coupee) two in West Baton Rouge one in Ascension and one in Saint James and one in Saint Charles .
