Some of the guides take a while to UPDATE the official NC and SC DOT web pages will have the most current info. In some cases may even have links to cameras you can monitor (Do not know about I-95, only sections of Metro Detroit freeways for sure.
Winter fun.. Got to michigan.gov/mdot click on roads and traffic (upper left) click on Traffic cams. I like I-94 and outer driver or I-696 or M-10 and Telegraph.. I 696 and I-75 are good too. But from time to time all of 'em have a good show.
And the show is best when the MDOT theme song is "Slip Sliding Away"
I've seen some real good video ... but then I was not using the internet to watch those cameras.. Much better video when you are in the control center.
