LA-12/US-190

Question

Has anyone recently driven US190/LA12 from Kinder, LA to Vidor, TX?
We used to take that shortcut years ago in motorhome, and the road was in fairly good condition then.
Trying to bypass the construction on I10 at Sulphur LA.

Have not been on LA12 but US190 is generally good. Not sure where you are heading, but the I10 construction between the state line and Beaumont is worse then the Sulphur area.

I drove LA12 today....good alternate to I10.Couple of bridges being replaced, but no traffic problems.  I'll take same route back next week.

We did it a couple years ago with a motorhome and all was good.
