Hi ,
I'm taking my 25' TT up the 14 form LA on to Palmdale-mojave---then 395 thru bishop and on.
There are no pilots or FlyingJ's on the way. Any recommendations on a preferred gas station folks have found on this route.
Some stations are just a wee bit easier to turn/squeeze into than others.

I just left Lee Vining yesterday. The Shell at June Lake junction was $3.75 and the Shell in Lee Vining was $3.69.

Thank you everyone for all the advice. I can plan now. Gas in Mojave n camp w/out unhooking in site there, then make it to June lake next day. I'll gas in Bishop if needed. At June lake I unhook for a few days so can gas at the cheaper Lee vining shell.

Great advice. Thanks ya all.

There is a Vons in Bishop -- the gas station has plenty of room. Same for the Shell in Lone Pine. The Chevron in Lee Vining has a lot of room but is far more expensive than the Shell (which can get cramped).

The two I gave you are RV friendly, used both when towing a toad. Dick

Pearsonville has a Shell with truck lanes, Olancha has a large Mobile easy in/out, Lone Pine has a Chevron entering town (high prices) plus Shell with Carls Jr. when leaving town, N. of Independence is the Tribal Casino Station, best prices there, lots of room. Entering Bishop is a big Shell, lots of room other end of town is Vons. Piute Palace is a big No for rvs always busy.

Thx for all the replies?? I know there are a ton of gas stations up that road.
It's less about the price, n more about the turning space.
I got almost stuck in a Mobil once as the store to pump gap was very short. Not pleasent experience.
Just asking for favorites up that road.
Like 'do the Argo in mojave-that's wide as a flyingJ"----That type of recommendation.

Thanks for all the replys.

My friends use the tribal station, I've used the Vons. About the most expensive fuel is in Lee Vining, with the NB Shell about the least expensive a year ago.

Mono Lake is right by Lee Vining, which has 2 gas stations. At least 1 is rv friendly.
