Hwy 95 Nevada between Fallon & Schurz in both directions. Beginning on 9-8-21 through 10-1-21 from 7 AM to 5 PM Single lane traffic with flaggers and pilot cars Delays up to 30 minutes. Estimated End Time is 5:00 PM on 10/01/21

Also beware of following behind large rear dual wheel trucks without the rubber splash guards attached. Even from a safe distance they throw stones onto your window.

And while you are driving through the construction zone, keep a good distance between yourself and the vehicle ahead of you, so that any gravel they eject has a chance to hit the ground before it hits your windshield and leaves a nice big round divot in your windshield.

Don't ask how I learned this valuable lesson.

As long as I own my old truck and its blemished windshield, I'll always remember the rural highways of Nevada. (Fortunately, the damage is off to the side and did not result in a crack. It happened several years ago.)
