You won't have any problem. Selinsgrove and Lewisburg are a little tight but nothing to worry about.

We travel this route with a 30' fifth wheel and 2500 diesel. As 63-Coupe noted, you have a choice at Harrisburg. We typically take I180 and miss Lewisburg and Milton. Any route through northern PA will have some hills, and this is probably no worse than or the same as I81 but with many fewer trucks.

Great reason to take 15 is to plan a stop at the Corning glass museum.

We do a similar trip annually towing a 29' travel trailer with an F-250. Other than those congested areas mentioned already it is a good trip.

We enjoy the slow drive and the view so we stay on 15 between I-81 and Duncannon but it is a rather narrow curvy local road with 30 & 40 MPH speed limits and no opportunities to pass. If that is not to your liking take U.S. 22 on the east side of the river between I-81 and Duncannon. It's a little farther but probably faster.

If you plan on staying on 15, There are a few decent hills. Theres a decent hill just South of williamsport PA (My old Stomping Ground) that is Curentley under construction, and another one just North of Williamsport PA heading towards Mansfield. It has a Steep grade and is Long. The Road it self For Most of the Trip in PA, is not bad. Near Shamokin Dam / Lewisburg Area you will run into traffic on a comercial type Strip(Target, Starbucks, Fast Food, Car lots, Mall). Once you Hit Williamsport you will cross the New Bridge over the Susquehanna River. Again, This is a tiighter, more packed area untill you get out of town and acrossed the Bridge.
