Visiting Canada in my older class B

I live in Salt Lake City and I'm considering visiting Calgary this weekend for 3 days driving in my older 1990 Ford van class B. I got my passport a year ago and heve never been out of this country.

What should I expect at the border? Do they search my entire van or is it a simple process to get in? I have never had any DUI's or anything bad like that.

Canada has a policy against allowing RV's more that ten years old to stay overnight. If the condition of your RV was outstanding, they may make an exception if some out of the way spot was available. If anybody complains, all bets are off.
